Sue Scarlett - Instructor for Monday Chair & Mat Yoga
I'm a yoga teacher passionate about sharing yoga with people over 50.
If you want to build strength, flexibility and inner calm and keep them through your 50s, 60s and beyond, my gentle yoga classes were created with you in mind.
As we age, our bodies don't always function as well as they used to. I started AgeWell Yoga so you can be confident in your physical abilities and feel grounded as you age.
Classes are held online in a caring and supportive environment. I provide detailed instructions of the poses and options, so you can work within your range, wherever you are, on any given day.
I'm super excited to share gentle yoga classes with you, so you too can have the confidence of being able to age well through yoga.

I love bringing the joy of yoga to everyone through accessible and affordable community-based yoga classes, catering for those new to yoga as well as people with a regular practice.
I also offer specialised chair yoga classes for people who may prefer to practise in a chair, due to mobility restrictions, or recovering from injury.
Most of us associate yoga with increased mobility, strength and flexibility. It is this, but so much more. A consistent well-rounded practice has the power to improve our well-being and equip us with a sense of equanimity and peace of mind. And this applies to anyone of any age.

Ellie Parr - Zumba Instructor
Passion for dance and music has been an integral part of my life from a very early age.
I am a qualified dance instructor specializing in Classical Ballet and Scottish Dancing, and have taught hundreds of aspiring dancers in my younger years.
My dancing skills were put to good use in the gym as an Aerobics Instructor throughout Australia during the 1980’s, and now as an instructor of ZUMBA, I can share with others my passion of dance, music and fitness.
I have been a qualified ZIN (Zumba Instructor Network) member since January 2010 and I am fully registered to teach the following:
· Zumba Basic 1
· Zumba Basic 2
· Zumba Toning
· Zumba Gold
· Zumbatomic (Children version)
I love teaching Zumba for the Queanbeyan Senior Citizens on Tuesdays. It is wonderful to see so many who feel they have “two left feet” grow and blossom as they become more confident. Zumba is not only beneficial for our overall physical fitness, but is very good for our cognitive health and is also a wonderful social outlet.
If you enjoy dancing, fabulous music, and having fun, come and join us! No previous experience is necessary.
